Dudes and dudettes welcome to the June Double Under Challenge! Similar to last months pushup challenge, the goal is to progressively add more double unders week over week (starting with 25 finishing with 100!). BECAUSE double unders are a pretty demanding move, you will see we only have you completing 2 circuits of a workout days 1,3,5 each week. IF you want to complete and extra 1-2 circuits go ahead! Days 2,4 will be ESPECIALLY exhausting with all the doubles lol. If you cannot do double unders NO PROBLEM! We recommend running in place or high knees as fast as you can to create the a similar "strain" as the double unders. Be well, have fun, and let's DO THE THING! See yall on the live call today :)
