Just struggling this month. I started out with the idea of making this the month I consistently did 5 days of workouts instead of 3. Then I hit a wall and had to rest several days. Then this past week I got a terrible stomach bug and haven't worked out at all. So much for consistency. Kinda lost my momentum at the moment so I'll have to get tough with that.😠(my get tough face)

The good thing is I'm not sore. I'm usually always sore when I'm working out. But right now my shoulders don't hurt, my biceps don't hurt, my butt doesn't hurt, my legs don't hurtπŸ˜†. Wish I could have my cake and eat it too😁.

Anyway. Just venting.πŸ™‚
