Did today's ladder (aka Joe's favorite workout!) and then tacked on 10 minutes of jumping with no breaks with a random 3-ounce rope I have. It's funny that jumping for 90 seconds with the 1/2-pounder makes my shoulders burn like crazy but I could jump all day with this light one. Was fun. Now...time to shower and go to work. Boooooo.
