Started my week 7 of SN but my right pec is very sore. Was not going to get through those push-ups without hurting it so I did a January workout from last Wednesday with all the speed skaters and burpees. Awwwwww yeah! Tough one!!! Letβs goooooo! πͺπͺπͺβ€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ
