Went to North Carolina for my nephews 2nd bday. Nothing better than family. Took a full 4 day rest from jumping and it felt great after shooting the whole dumbbell program (releasing Black Friday). Did my 100 pushups a day and got 10k steps in too. Just wanted to drop a note. Hope everyone is having a great start to the weekend 🤙🏼
