WERD UP JRD!! - My name is Rich and I am a new member to JRD Nutrition System and JRD TV. I've been Crossroping for two & 1/2 years and did my first 3 months just following JRD on You Tube. I use the Crossrope App too but decided to go all-in with JRD. I am coming back from a meniscus repair also. I am on day 5 of IF (starting with 12:12 and will add 1 hour each week to get up to 16:8). A few days in and I feel it: mornings are so much easier. I started the JRD 90 day fitness program today as well and just finished Day 2 - Let's GOOOOOOOOOO!!! (I'm adding some food pics of what I eat on a regular basis: breakfast burrito, oatmeal, w/fruit and nuts, salmon bowl, ground chicken and sauce over spaghetti squash and my POWER TUNA BOWL ).
