so, i eat pretty much the same thing every day.
- lunch: 4 eggs, 1/2 avocado, 2 pieces of protein bread toast, franks red hot.
- dinner: 95% lean ground beef, brown rice, peas, black beans, sometimes cheddar, tabasco, all mixed up in a bowl
like, 90% of the time this is what i eat in a day. pretty careful about portions. lunch doesnt worry me, dinner, maybe a little worry cuz of the ground beef.
all this to say, theres no way im not malnourished. i dont eat fresh veggies often just because im lazy.
so today i ordered a greens and a reds supp to get micronutrients. hoping it fills the gap, and maybe provide some energy.
anyone have any experience with greens/reds supps?
