So I would like to lose about 15 pounds. According to my Fitbit (I know it's more of a guide line than totally accurate) I burn approx. 2100-2500 cals during the week and a little less on the weekends. Iget 10000-15000 steps on my job during the week (less on the weekend) I jump 2-3 days a week and get in 2 days of strength training. I am eating in a calorie deficit. I intermittent fast. My window is 12pm to 8pm but I don't usually eat that late. I have been doing this for 6+ months at least. But nothing is happening. I don't have scales to weigh myself but my clothes size is not changing and I am not seeing the changes in my body that I would like to see. What am I doing wrong?
