That is my reaction to doing Month 1 Day 5 of JRD Max for the first time. Ha. i thought it would be easy, but honestly my pecs and biceps were still not fully recovered from Wednesday which made this crazy tough. I was fine up until 10 push-ups on the way up the ladder, then switched to knee push-ups until the ladder came back down to 4. I had a horrible day yesterday and slept so poorly last night, so I'm proud of myself for doing this the best I could this morning. Have a great weekend, everyone!
