Second round of PP W1 is in the books. The best thing about JRD is the massive improvements in endurance, strength and agility it has given me. I do pool activities everyday in addition to jumping and I’m getting complements all the time about how impressed people are with all that I can do. Two years ago that would never have been the case. Yesterday a young fellow (mid 30s) asked if I would mind if he asked how old I was. I told him I was 63 and he couldn’t believe it. He jumped out of his chair and gave me a high five. 💪🏼🌴😎Thanks JRD community and especially Dan for all that I am getting from this program!
