i've mentioned before i'm pretty adament about working out 6 days every week.

So, PU Prog is 5 days... needed a 6th.

JRD90 has that Week 6 Day 5 EMOM workout that has PUs and ab crunchers in it. i found it a really nice extension.

i'm happy now :)
