for a while hahahha been doing jrd workouts for 9 months straight. love em. but switching to a 90 day weight lifting program, then i'll get back to jumping (probably swole sammy again).
HOWEVER... i did get 1500 skips in for the 15k in 15 day jrd/crossrope challenge. it only took about 12 minutes, 200 skips in a set, about 30 seconds rest in between. amp handles are the coolest.
