I just finished another jump rope workout, but I feel like my shin splints are getting worse. I can't do the boxer skip because the pain/soreness in my shins is too intense. I did a warm-up before, took a rest day, but then when I continue my work outs I feel it getting worse. I also feel like I'm too excited, wanting to jump everyday. As of now I took rest days every other day. Should I take more rest days? Do you guys have any tips? Thank you 🙏
