G’day February Challenge Champs.
Week 1, day 5 done ✅
Unfortunately for the past week I’ve strain my left ankle and tried to work through the injury but I just seems not be improving. So much so I’ve only been able to do the basic jump only.
I hate to say it but I will need to hang up my ropes for week 2. I won’t be sitting on the sidelines feeling sorry for myself. I will be doing the JRD yoga sessions in it’s place.
