Plyo W3D1. That extra 30 secs is such a huge leap! Couldn't do it without a few extra breaks. Still had to modify some and did regular bounce throughout. Had to slow my pace down some and still had a hard time.🥴 Sweat is dripping. 339 calories. Feels great!

What a mess! Most people don't see me like this. Aren't ya'll lucky🙄
