We just did Brandon's Full Body Workout using the 1 and 2 pound ropes. I did 5 circs and JRoD did 3(he's had a hard week at work) WOW!!!
It was great. It wasn't pretty but I got it done. 4 days this week so far. 2 jumps and 2 weights. Tomorrow will be my first time to hit my goal of 5 days in a week.
