Like Doug, I moved my gym to the great outdoors, but no where near Manhattan! I have no PU bar here so had to modify the WOD when it came to the PU and CU. As you can see by the pictures, some DUs are great, others not so great! I clearly still have lots of room to improve, but Iām loving it!
Started the day with a good solid hour of paddling/kayaking on the lake, followed by todays WOD, followed by a fairly easy 20 km cycle, and finally, a well deserved dip in the lake. It was glorious!
