I've been two weeks in the JRD community now and I've learned a lot of you already. I committed myself to a weightloss journey at a healthy way. These are my results for these two weeks:

Weightloss: 1,2 Kilo
Active: 6796 calories
Total calorieburn: 30.261 calories
Calorie intake: 24.750 calories
Calorie defecit: 5.511 calories (424 a day)
(Officialy I need two more days 😉, tomorrow is a rest day 😂)

I'm so happy with the result I couldn't wait.

I did my first 10 minute beginners jump rope workout without pain or uncomfortable feeling. I did a lot of stretching and warm-ups and they have paid off. I hope this is the start of my jump rope adventure!
