Hello all,
I just became a member of the JRD experience😀. I follow the JRD for several months now on YouTube and want to start with the overall health benefits from jumping rope. My first priority goal is to lose fatt (a lot 😏).
I see the different programs and get overwhelmed by them. Where shall I start🤔
I am 51, overweighted, stiff calbs, lack of flexibility. I also believe I am forsed by nature to keep my feets on the ground 🤣😂
So thinking of starting with the shredded Ninja and then go to JRD Max. Read you're all fan of that program 😀
That gives me 6 months of training 💪🔥
Is there anybody who also did this combo and has tips for me.
(I also have the Crossrope LEAN set and jumping mat.)
