Goo thing that workout was a hard one today! I can eat all the turkey I want now.

As many do, I modified todays WOD. I did the first 2 sets Rx but for the last set, I used the following combinations of ropes: 1lb/2lb (twice), then 3/4lb/1.5lb, and the last one was 1/2lb/1lb. Have a great day all!
