Struggling a bit mentally this week. Letting myself get frustrated by the things I haven’t mastered rather than focusing on all the amazing gains I’ve made. So let’s switch it up and list some gains:
- One-minute intervals with the half-pound rope used to be daunting. Now it’s easy.
- Three weeks ago couldn’t do a single DU. Now doing them every day.
- 20 push-ups four times in one workout used to be tough. Now no big whoop.
- Three weeks ago I could not do one pull-up. Now can do 1.5 plus negatives.
