Major progress in the pull-up and chin-up department today! That felt good. Considering last spring I could do zero pull-ups and zero chin-ups, I did 25 inverse pull-ups and 25 regular chin-ups during this workout today. Awwwww yeah. Also...10 rounds of 2-minutes of jumping? No problem! Feeling it! Let's get it, friends!
