Can't wait to get back at it. I'm a bit troubled by a sore right shoulder and right elbow heading into the Push Up Program. I was hoping they'd heal up, but no dice.
After Push Up Program I'm heading into "2 a days" with the JRD Morning 15-minute workout and a weight training program... bulking season. I'll need to eat a lot more which will be hard (I don't eat much generally).
This will all be quite new for me and I'm excited to see what happens!
