Low-key struggled with the workout today but got it done. I always have things I tell myself to get through. Here are a few:
- Iβm not going to achieve my goals by NOT finishing the workout.
- A little mantra: βI could do this all day.β Not true but it helps!
- A little lie: βYouβre almost done.β Amazing how I can convince myself of that over and over.
