Low-key struggled with the workout today but got it done. I always have things I tell myself to get through. Here are a few:

  1. I’m not going to achieve my goals by NOT finishing the workout.
  1. A little mantra: β€œI could do this all day.” Not true but it helps!
  1. A little lie: β€œYou’re almost done.” Amazing how I can convince myself of that over and over.
