Always surprised how jumping with weighted ropes activates so many muscles. My entire back, up and down, feel worked today after a pure jump yesterday (90, 60, 30, 60, 90 x 4) with 1/2 and 1/4.
Next week marks a week off for the first time in 3 months. Then it's on to the JRD Push Up Program. That's an attractive workout. Looking forward to it.
