Why are some of the older months workouts no longer available??

Also…. In having to read on the phone what exercise is next is very difficult like me who rely on glasses to read it. Sure hope this gets refined for all future sessions. Otherwise I’m just not sure how this is going to work for me.☹️

Glad the monthly workouts are back , but why no breakdown at beginning of workout of what the session consist of? This was helpful to know weather I wanted, or could perform that session. Also makes it difficult when you use your phone to see what exercise is coming next because there is no announcement like there used to be . Example “Boxer Skip 1”2” rope”

Aren’t they supposed to start 1st Monday of the new month?

Thanks for the comments , I did neglect to mention that we have in fact been doing the previous workouts from months past. Going as far back as last year right up to may this year.

My wife and I who are both in our late 50,s do a workout every morning from the multiple routines on here to choose from, however the last two months for June and July the workouts are too intense. When will JRD be returning to the 20 and 30 second exercises with 10 second rest? Doing a minute straight of push-ups and pull-ups multiple times for 4 or 5 circuits isn’t possible for some people.
Really hoping August will be a return to some manageable exercises.
