Shredded ninja day three did leg day today. I’m swapping it based off my weightlifting routines in the morning so that they match up. Tell you what I only made it halfway through my endurance is crap but it’s OK room for progress. Do the thing guys happy Wednesday!!!!

Did this with 1-1/2 lb the whole Time you have to take a few breaks extra break lol but it feels so good. Happy Monday everybody!!!!!!!

First jumprope workout in months!!!!!! Did the thousand skips but did it with the 1 pound and a half pound rope since it’s my first time back in a while, man it feels so good to be back!!!!!!!!

Good afternoon guys !!!!!!!!! Man its been awhile just re-uped on app been gone for awhile !!!!! Been consistent at the gym with one of my best friends for over a year now 5am Mon-Fri but this is what got me in the best shape of my life so coming back home it will definitely be more of a double down effort because i love going to gym but this is home to me and I NEED it back in my Life !!!!!!!!!

Whats up guys been a long time i have started and stopped several time over the past several months because I had been dealing with knee off and on and it had progressively got worse only to find out i have a torn meniscus i am currently rehabing it hopes to not have to get surgery ……let me tell you i miss jumping rope so much !!!!!!! Keep crushing it guys !!!

Week 2 day 1 in the books !!!!!! Felt good having to do modified pushups and doing Australian pull-ups but getting it done made a midifier bar to hook to rack at work back by my workout area !!!!!

Back on track started walking 2-1/2 weeks ago along with diet down from 280 to 262 just started juming rope again this week taking my health back im done with the starting and stopping!!!!!!!!
