Hi there Douglas good to see you, yeah I did the thing this morning, it was a good workout, some days I'm not motivated but I make myself do it because I can see the results & I know it's good for me! I'm finding I'm able to skip for longer periods now ππΎππΎ due to the last 2 months programs π. Keep doing the thing πͺπΎ
