Hi there Douglas good to see you, yeah I did the thing this morning, it was a good workout, some days I'm not motivated but I make myself do it because I can see the results & I know it's good for me! I'm finding I'm able to skip for longer periods now πŸ‘ŠπŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎ due to the last 2 months programs 😊. Keep doing the thing πŸ’ͺ🏾

Yeah good idea, I have no pull up equipment so I use dembbells too ... I find them a good addition to my workouts.

Awesome! Yes, it's so true I'm finding I've become so much better at doing the DU.

I do Qi gong, I practice the Yi Jin jing which helps a lot as it focuses on muscles & tendons so I get a good stretch. One particular pestle focuses on opening up the hips as we apparently hold a lot trauma in this area. This qi gong helped me recover from a knee injury.

Hi Joe take the time to recover ... I struggled with taking time off from jumping too ... But I think taking the time to recover did wonders. You'll be there soon, take care πŸ˜‰
