I wish that the JRDMAX program where out when I was a beginner, because it is only jumping rope and Push Up and pull/chin up. And for me as lazy a chessplayer I can do it. 💪 There are no crunches in month 1 only Leg raises in the warm Up. I do the assisted chin ups because I can not do the normal ones yet. ,👍 Give it a try 🏋️🏋️🏋️
