After I demage the hula hoop I took a rope and jump ... 4* and than mess upπŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ but I started the JRD beginner challenge and start to post every day at FB my jumping progress. πŸ‘ The JRD support me with the videos in YT, nice words in FB and now here.

I started with no idea how far I can come. Now ... without 40 kg and 45 cm less arround the belly, I enjoy it so much, that I go every week to a local ropeskipping club.

And I did day 5 of week 3 in the JRD MAX PROGRAM πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

I do at the moment nearly only cardiotraining. That means JRD MAX program, ropeskipping ( tricks and acrobatic), treadmill and a little benchpress πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈlegpress etc. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Just a little

Another cardiotraining in the book.

I am still doing the chin ups at the assisted chin ups maschine but I went 5 kg down with the help. πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Today I asked myself what means ?month 1 ... 4 or maybe 5 weeks ... and the JRD came with the plan... thanks πŸ‘
