I know you mention it in some of the videos, I actually binged watch a few last night, but nutrition discipline. You mentioned checking in with yourself when you’ve been over consuming. What does that look like for you? How long are ‘on it’ again for? And do you ever take maintenance breaks where you can enjoy a bit more food (and drink for some people). I’m not a massive drinker so doesn’t matter so much for me and then get back on it after a break to keep it sustainable?

Discipline goes out the window with food. I’m a creature of habit and very disciplined in almost all other areas of my life… what is it about food?!

Hello JRD Community Dudette.

When do we change to month 2? Is it week beginning the 29th January if we started during the first week of the year? Do each month for four weeks or carry on month 1 until 2nd February?

Does it have to be completed Monday to Friday every week to be eligible? Or can I do Monday to Thursday for days 1-4 and a Saturday for example for day 5? JRD Community Dudette

Dat two done. I looked at this workout and thought that’s relatively straightforward and seems like a short amount of time before having a minute’s rest but this was solid and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Love this! I might alternate ropes but not this week.

Did this workout yesterday! Looking forward to today’s. Feeling under the weather but well enough to work out. Horrible cough/cold.
