I know you mention it in some of the videos, I actually binged watch a few last night, but nutrition discipline. You mentioned checking in with yourself when you’ve been over consuming. What does that look like for you? How long are ‘on it’ again for? And do you ever take maintenance breaks where you can enjoy a bit more food (and drink for some people). I’m not a massive drinker so doesn’t matter so much for me and then get back on it after a break to keep it sustainable?
