Today before and after workout I decide to test Muscle ups on higher bar what was for long time not available for me . It was smooth and now I can do it on every height.

So ... Jumping improve my coordination ,and deep core muscle which is so important in calisthenic . Today is day when i can check .

With du also improvement as I will do it with better coordination.

Next plan handstand push up and one of the dream handstand on the bar
