Congrats! I also feel your pain, especially since it's been a long time since I did any direct abs/core exercise myself. I mostly stuck to other moves that required heavy use of the core muscles before this (like weighted squats).

Yeah, I ended up having to do that on the later rounds with the leg raises too...and I also do not like ab crunchers. See ya tomorrow after the Day 2 workout!

Pull ups (and ab work) are my weakest bodyweight exercises...so yes, I guess 😅
