Dan answered another comment asking this by saying that it's the "Power Plyo Jump" series:

Dave Lynch the program that Dan specified uses the 1/4 lb and 1/2 lb Crossropes (if you have those) for the entire program. If you don't have crossropes, then just use your normal jump rope for everything. It's all good. Everything else is just bodyweight exercises like push ups, air squats, lunges, etc.

Dan Witmer  thanks for the clarification! Guess I ought to dust off my Get Lean ropes for this one then. I didn't manage to finish the Power Plyo Challenge the first time I tried it out because I was doing Kettlebell workouts at the same time...and that didn't work out too well for me.

But this Summer Challenge definitely will, since I'll be traveling for the first 2 weeks and will only have access to my jump ropes and my own body for resistance training (push ups/abs/air squats/etc)

I'm definitely doing this one

Hey all,

I finally started doing a jump rope workout again today! It's been too long, and I missed doing them so much! I think I'll take it easy and focus on Jump Rope + Bodyweight stuff for now until I feel my back is 100%--I had injured it doing a workout program that focused exclusively on lifting and swinging around heavy iron weights. So, I don't exactly feel ready to start off the JRD Dumbbell program just yet. Hope everyone is still having fun with that one.

Congratulations! It's tough to stay committed with life's distractions. Good job!

I  voted for the city closest to where I live now, but I wouldn't mind meeting up at some of the other cities on the poll if I had the time to visit them!

Hi everybody!

I recently injured my upper back, so unfortunately I'll have to push back my planned Jump Rope & Dumbbell workouts a bit longer. I will also probably be using lighter weights than planned when I do get around to it. Lower chances of injury for me personally whenever I use lighter weights.

Already went to the doctor last Friday and confirmed that nothing is wrong with the spine via X-rays and CT scan. Just muscle strain/sprain I guess. Hope y'all are smashing your workout goals 💪

Hey Dan, I recognized the workout immediately! I was like...wait a minute, this was Month 1 Day 2 of JRD MAX! Haha, guess we're running through this one again after a day with dumb bells instead of a day of push ups and pull ups
