Although I had to rearrange some workouts to fit my schedule...and the weather. I do my workouts outdoors, so if there's a huge storm I have to cancel it. Ended up doing Day 4 today instead of on Thursday as a result of the weather, though I did Day 5 yesterday and I definitely felt it in my triceps afterwards!

I can relate to the busy life! Glad to see you're still at it, Joe!

Yeah, those chin ups are killer. I did them separately from the rest of the workout like I did Day 1 (split it into 2 sessions). Maybe next week?

Like Dan says in the middle of the workout...it looks easy until you do it! That seems to be what happens with most of the Jump Rope Dudes workouts I've done over the years. I take a look at the format and think, "Oh this seems easy!" Not so easy when you're pushing your body at the highest intensity you can go for 30+ minutes (with rest breaks). I like the simplified format so far. Others may not, but I like it because it lets me just focus on pushing my body as far as it can go for the duration of the workout.

Definitely finish JRD90 first! It was my favorite Jump Rope Dudes workout series to do before JRD MAX came out!

I don’t know if anyone else did this, but since the workout is so long, and my work/life schedule is limited + access to a pull up bar to use—I split it into two workout sessions (one session jump rope + push ups, one session pull ups only). Is it ok to do it that way? Either way, my arms are definitely feeling sore from all the upper body work! Tomorrow should be fun though!

Thanks for the new workout series guys! I checked out the videos this morning and left a quick comment on the first one. I'll test out the first workout tomorrow myself, but so far I like the simplified structure of it compared to previous workout series. Just one week's worth of workouts done 4 weeks straight before moving onto the next set!
