Finished first month strong with the half and 1 pounder. Took less rest, especially with the 1 lb rope, most 90s - 120s and 30s rest. Exited for month 2, have a great weekend lads 🌞 🤩

zendude.dan Hallo, entschuldige das späte feedback, habe es erst jetzt gesehen. Ich nutze die Epix Gen2, super Uhr und seit Garmin die Jump Rope Aktivität hat, ist sie für mich noch besser, die Funktion zählt super genau. Es gibt 3 Möglichkeiten, Free, Fix Zeit oder Fixe Skips zum einstellen.

🤩 did change ropes with Dan but skipped through the quarter pounder and rested only every 2nd or 3rd time Dan did.
