Aletta Armee when you're in the activity, press middle left where the stripe and the dots are.

Aletta Armee on this view, select Jump Rope as it's in this picture using top right button. Now you would start with the same button but instead you long press the middle left button and you should be in the Jump Mode settings where you are able to choose free training, time or jumps.

Don't worry, you can do it 👍

Aletta Armee I've just finished the 4K workout. So follow this step's.

1. Open the activities on your Garmin, most likely top right button (in my collage bottom left picture).

2. Choose the jumpe rope activity. For free training just press start and jump.

2.1 Change the jump rope activity settings to "counts" and set 4000. Go out of the settings and start jumping. It will count your jumps and every time you stop it will count it as a round.

3. Jump until the watch signals you that you've reached 4000 jumps. It will automatically stop the workout as well. Don't forget to save it.

4. Check out your activity and all stats in the app.

Aletta Armee OK I'm going to do the 4K workout and take some screen captures at the start and at the end from the activity out of the Garmin Connect app.

Hi Aletta Armee I've use the JR activity for a while now and I think it works very well. As I can say speed/counting for the jumps is very accurate. Compare to what I count it's actually the same. The only thing is that it's not really made for a whole program as we do here f.e. JR & Dumbbells but I use it anyways 😃

I haven't, just discovered it before I did post it. I'll check it out after the Easter weekend 👍

For the ones who use a Garmin Watch to track their jump rope activity. My Epix2 got an update yesterday evening and I checked for new functions. There is finally a new activity for jump rope.
Happy Easter everyone 🐰🐣🐰 and do the thing 😃

Thanks to Dan's #JRD Rope & Dumbbells I improved my fitness and managed to finish more than 700 positions to last year. Not even the harsh conditions could stop me, but it was a tough one this year!
