😂😅it always kills m when Dan calls the final 4 X 1 min jump sets a cool down! This is when I get my highest maintained speeds going and my cardio is the highest. Today it was up to 163 bpm and I did 2052 jumps with 3 extra 1 min sets. Used 6 oz and 12.5 lbs.

Only had to do 150 jumps after the WOD to make my 3000 jump goal for these cardio days. I’m loving this!

DB Week 2 is off to a great start. Today I used 12.5 lb DB and my 6 oz rope. Ended up doing an extra round so that I could make my 2000 min jumps. Have a great day all!

I’m all done with week 1 of the DBJR program. What a great week of exercise and I look forward to seeing my progression with these exercises of the month. Also was able to keep up with my personal challenge of at least 2000 jumps each workout day. Have a great weekend everyone!

What a great cardio day! I’m ngl though, endurance and DUs are still not my favourites. But you can see here that I spent almost 27 minutes in zones 4 and 5. To me that’s an awesome burn. Have a great day everyone!

Day 3 of DBJR is done! Nice wod using the 10 lb db and 6 oz JR. Had to do an extra 2 min of jumping at the end to reach my min of 2000 jumps/day. And Dan, I love that you talk throughout the wod and the fact that your videos are “real”. Keep doing the thing my man! Have a great day everyone!

Happy New Year everyone! I was a day late getting started with the DB JR program but got ‘er going today. This is going to be a great program and I’m sure I’ll like it as much or more than the Plyo fitness program. Yippee!🥳

Hey all, great to do a WOD today with shirted retro-Dan! 🤣Things have certainly changed. This challenge has really pushed me more than I expected. I ended up doing 3500 jumps today using the 4, 6, and 8 oz ropes. I did this so I could use my AMP handles and keep the app on the average weight, 6 oz. I really just wanted the count. Oh man, so much glistening going on today! I did the first EMOM twice to make sure that I got my min of 2000 jumps in because I wasn’t sure if I’d get 1000 in the second EMOM. But I did! And ended up with 3026 jumps, all using the 6 oz purple rope! What a great start to the day!
