How do you like that, on my first day back I do a full body 350 calorie burn! But I’m ngl, I did not give it all I had. 😅Don’t want to reinjure myself first day back. All went well though so hopefully I’m back! Enjoy your day, doin the thing!

Hey y’all, I’ve been a bit silent lately. It’s because I’ve been forced (by my body!) into a rest period. I went to my physiotherapist yesterday and he let me know that I have a “left anterior hip impingement” that causes me a stabbing pain basically every time I move my left leg, as in walking and jumping. Good news is that he has given me stretching and strengthening exercises to get my hip back into action so I hope I won’t be out too much longer. I’m really missing all this power plyo but I’ll get back to it! Keep doing the thing!

Another great plyo day, and back to some serious sweating! I love these all out burns. And really nice new graphics for the Super Plyo Program. You da man, Dan!

I loved this week, though it took all I had to complete everyday, especially today, day 5. I was “glistening” so much my earbuds kept falling out and I burned 350 calories! Can’t wait to see what next week brings!

Hey Dan, do you have a tutorial for this step? From the videos I can’t really see what the jump is. I will just do my best with it today and improvise where necessary.

I recommend these handles to everyone. They are already pushing me harder (I couldn’t stop my wod with only 1723 jumps in so had to keep going to 2000, a nice even number) and making me improve my skills. I found that a better flick of the wrist could dramatically increase my max JPM, up to 186! Incredible for me! Keep doing the thing and have a great day!
