These JRDM M3 D4 ladders are daunting! But again, I did not dare to quit! I still want to be able to look Dan in the eyes! 😂🤣😅💪🏼

That I have the ability and the privilege of being able to work out daily with all you dudes and dudettes. Well said Dan! And right on. Third week of JRDM M has begun.

….and I did not quit! There might have been a lot of whining and some swearing, but I did it. Love it how the 2 and 1 minute skips at the end are actually a really nice cool down. Have a great day!

My feelings are mixed on this. As much as I struggle with DUs, this is such a good cardio fat burner. It seems very daunting at first but then before I know it, it’s finished. Like Doug, I am indoors again today because of the poor air quality. Have a great day all!

Great start to the day here at the lake. Love going the thing outside whenever I can, especially when I can go for a swim to cool down!

JRDM M3 W1 is done, and what a fun week it was. Didn’t think I could do it at times but Dan’s continuous encouragement gets me thru. It cracks me up when he says you should be breathing hard now and my pulse is over 160 ! I’m sure he can hear me in LA yelling “I AM!!” Have a great weekend all! 😅

I have never done a jump rope ladder before, let alone jump for a 5 minute stretch. I really procrastinated with this today but I’m sure glad I did it! It’s funny how it seemed nearly impossible at the beginning but on the way back down I caught myself saying “it’s only 3 min, I can do that!” And then Dan said that the bottom rungs of the ladder were just a cool down and I agreed! I can’t believe myself!😅😂🤣

What a gauntlet that was. I had sweat running down all over my body. DUs we’re not my strong area today skk oh I did a lot of sprinting. Having fun at it!

Started day 3 today and really enjoyed the WOD. I looked ahead to tomorrow however and am already not looking forward to it. 😰Dan must be really pushing for me to finally get DUs. 😂
