I got it done at the lake today! So glad to be back to my small piece of paradise. 😁Finished JRDM M1W2 (already!) strong using my 3/8 lb rope all week! 😅Have a great weekend all!

Finished JRDM day 2 and Dan keeps asking throughout the video if we’re glistening yet! I am, especially since I upped the ante just a bit by using my 3/8 instead of 1/4 lb rope.

Hey D’s and D’s!  Been really doing the thing today. I want Ed to get in s synch with the program today so I did Day 4 this morning and Day 5 just now. First push-up ladder. I picked a really good day to do two. WOD’s but I pushed through and got all 156 push-ups done. Have a great weekend!

Nice WOD today. I was really happy because I could do 4 unassisted pull ups each round (did a few extra rounds to get to 50). No band!!  This is all from the strength I gained doing the SS program. Have a great day!

Got my first JRD MAX ladders in today. I’m sure glad that I got ladder practice in Swole Samurai program. Can’t wait to show off the new JRD handles when they are available. Hint hint Dan!

Hey, hey!  I found my way to JRD Max today!  Got through it and loved it. Best part was working out (in what appears to be) live with Dan. Great having the chatting and encouragement all the way through. Way better workout mode.

Thought I was starting the JRD Max today but my subconscious somehow took me to JRD 90 by mistake. 😂I did the 4 benchmarks and then realized I started the wrong program. Oh well, guess I’ll try again tomorrow. Or maybe just do the JRD 90? Who knows? 😅😂

It’s Plyomax Tuesday again!  Love it, thanks for these Dan!  What I really liked about today was that I could do all Rx, but on top of that, keep up perfectly with Dan and Bran!  Have a great on all!

They look like they will be easy at first glance but they always get me in the end. I really like the great combination of jumping and body weight exercises.
