Decided that since I couldn’t decide what to do next that i would leave that decision alone for now and do some daily WODs for the rest of April. The start of the month seems to me like the best time to start a new program. Hope everyone is having a great day doing the thing!

Wow, after 12 gruelling weeks of hard work, I have completed the Swole Samurai program today! For me, that’s a huge accomplishment that I’m really proud of. I never thought I could be able to do a full workout and then do either 200 push-ups or 50 pull-ups after, but I can! I’m on a roll now and have to decide what’s next ……. any suggestions Dan?

It’s the final countdown ……. I’m starting to actually like Day 1, which is all push-ups and pull-ups.

Hey all, sorry to have been silent for so long. With travelling home, a cold, and a slight case of no motivation, I have finally gotten Week 11 of Swole Samurai completed! Wow! I’m still amazed at all that I can do now! Hopefully I will complete Week 12 over the next 7 days. I’m really glad that I found the motivation to get back Doing the Thing!

Just completed SS W10-3 with the 1/4 and 2lb ropes. 200 push-ups after jumping 20 min with a 2lb rope was brutal! But I did it and now I get to go to the spa as a reward! Love doing the thing!😅

Good start to week 10 today. Funny how 220 push-ups doesn’t seem that big a deal anymore. 😂 I’m going on vacation this week to Puerto Vallarta so my schedule will be a bit messed up. I’m taking my whole get fit set with me so I’ll be doing the thing, hoping to finish SS while I’m in Mexico. I also plan to do lots of diving but will also try to check in occasionally. Keep at it, doing the thing!

I can’t believe that 9 weeks have already gone by! Time flys when your having fun. 😁 I’m also really happy with the gains I have made. Things that were just “way too hard for me” are now doable! Gotta love doing the thing! Have a great weekend all!

Tough one today, and long! I had to move my WOD to the afternoon to have enough time! Also had to do some alternate exercises…..I am not able to do candle sticks or jumping lunges (arthritic knees) so did Bulgarian Split Squats and Speed Skater lunges (respectively) instead. Turned out to be a great workout! Gotta love doing the thing!
