Seems my workout eeek is starting on Tuesdays now. 😂I did go skiing yesterday however and am going again today. For the last Day 1 I did 2 extra sets to ensure that I made my 2000 jumps. Felt really good. Have a great day all!

I have an important (at least to me 😂) question for Dan.
What exactly do you mean when you are telling us to sprint? I need some metrics please. Is it always “run in place” going as fast as possible? Or is it doing whatever jump one wants, going as fast as possible? What I’d really like to know is what speed do you sprint at? 165 jumps / min? 200? You like to say “if you can’t jump as fast as me go as fast as you can”. How fast are you going when you are recording these sessions? Enquiring minds need to know!

Theses cardio days (JRDB Week 3 D4) are real killers, but I keep moving the bar higher. No extra jumping needed today to cross the 3000 jump threshold, new longest streak PR, and HR up to 170! That’s a lot for a JRoD! 😅

Had a great time skiing yesterday on fresh powder, which is a real treat for eastern skiers! But I’m NGL to ya, what made my day the best was being fit and much stronger because of me consistently doing the thing. I can carve way better and last much longer due to having much stronger legs. There are innumerable benefits to doing the thing!

Another great cardio today. I spent over 70% of my time in cardio zones 4 and 5! I also did one complete extra set to beat my daily jump goal of 3000 jumps.

Bit of a late start to DBJR Week 3 but I got er done today. Gradually increasing weight, I used 15 lbs for curls and presses and 12.5 lbs for straight arm lifts. And of course my favourite rope, the 6 oz to achieve my 2020 jumps today. Now I’m set for a day on the slopes!🏂 Hope you are out surfing Dan!

Got the snow cleared yesterday so I and my girl Mabel could go for a nice walk in the woods today. A terrific rest day before we get back at doing the thing tomorrow! Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Hey all, just finished DBJR Week 2. Got 2000 jumps in and pushed through 120 PUs. The PU routine that works best for me is this: 2X15, 2X13, 2X12, and 2X10. The extras were sets of 10 done so that I would finish with the video. Is that what Dan means when he talks about his over achievers? 🤣😂😅Have a great weekend all, I’m off to clean up now after a 1 foot dump of snow overnight! ❄️🌨

DBJR Day 5 is done. Two highlights for me. One, I hit a JRoD PR of a 285 jump streak and two, I didn’t have to jump an extra today to hit my 3000 jump goal! Let’s do the tuning and have a great day!
