Don’t know if I qualify to wear this awesome hat! I have finally finished week 2 of month 1 of JRDMax. My life has not been my own the past week what with moving a kid back to Ottawa from Toronto, picking myself for our upcoming move, getting ready for Christmas and post su gical care of my wife! Really needs my hydration today with the JR ladder of JRD90 M1W2D2. My week last week was a Los for me …. I had a knee injection for my arthritis that kept me from jumping for a few days so I started M1W2 over again yesterday. Today I am more than glistening!😅

JRD90 M1W1 is finished! Had fun with the push-up ladder but got all 156 of them done, in form. Had to sacrifice a bit of jumping for this result but made up for it n
By jumping an extra 500 after the workout. Was great! Have a terrific weekend all!

JRD90 W1D3 done. Like I said earlier, I haven’t done pull ups or chin ups in a long time so I was not able to make 50 chin ups in the allotted time. What I did was 20 chin ups and 30 pushups. It will be fun to see how this changes over the next few weeks of M1. Have a great day!

W1D2 of JRD90 round 2. Did it today with 2500 jumps and lots of sweat!😅Its also great having Dan back so we can do actual follow along and listen to him chatter away! I love it!
