I comfortably use one size bigger for the 1lb and heavier ropes, so for me that is XS for under 1lb and S for 1 lb and heavier. I find I have to use my whole arms for the heavier ropes and so need a bit more length.

Please do not destroy your body or mind!! They are both too valuable to this very tight and involved community! I do like the idea of short improvement programs. DU fundamentals to no problem, tricks week, etc. So many possibilities.

Group coaching to me is more geared towards competition. Is there such a thing as JR Open? I’m not into competitive jumping so not a fan of group or personal coaching. You make great programs Dan so focus on these! Heavy ropes, KB, DB, Plyo, etc. You got it!

The follow along programs are hands down my favorite. It’s like you are in the room with me coaching me along. Video clips don’t do it.

I agree with all Michal says but I would also like to have the “academy” type thing. I miss the zoom calls we used to have back when JRD TV was launched. It’s live to be able to talk to you and get realtime live feedback from you.

Hey all, had to take a rest day yesterday so just finished Summer Shred W2D2 now. Remnants of Beryl have kept me inside today. Did the session using ½ lb completing 1000 in the WOD an an extra 1000 cool down. Stay dry!
