PPSS W2D1 completed just now on my deck at the cottage. Gorgeous 25 C and 75% humidity. Think I might just be headed for the lake for the rest of the day. 😎😅🏊♂️🚤

Day five a week one of the PPSS challenge! As for the rest of the week, I used the ½ lb rope and did 2000 jumps. Like others have said, the last round was tough! One thing I like about this challenge is that we have to check in daily, which keeps me accountable. As those of you who know me know, I can be very sporadic with my checkins. Have a great weekend!
