Thanks for the replies πŸ˜‰ I keep coming back to these workouts as I enjoy them more than most other types of workouts. I took a break from the app recently as I wanted to get back into running and also thinking I should try to do some more weights (without cardio). The result is that I am simply moving less as not as motivated to work out. You are inspiring me to get back at it 😊

This is very Interesting Aletta and thanks for sharing! I think you are absolutely right about making the workouts your own and not overdoing it, especially in the beginning. This is what I have found difficult especially when trying to follow the programs as opposed to doing the WODs. I have also often thought that more weight training at lower intensity might be better … Do I understand you correctly that your conclusion is that this is not really the case?

I had actually tried the JRD Max program but found it too hard and only did the first month. Have not tried JRD 90 and might just make it my New Year’s resolution to start with that πŸ˜‰ Many thanks for that and all the best for 2024 πŸŽ‰
