I have enjoyed doing the daily WODs for just over a year now but whenever I try following a program I struggle with feeling of burnout. Perhaps simply because I rarely did 5 WODs per week whereas with the programs I want to keep up with the weekly workouts. Feel like I should be able to keep up with that rhythm at this point… Any thoughts/ tips?
